Dominic sat as a Legal Assessor to the Disciplinary Tribunal of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales from 2005 – 2018.

Since 2010, Dominic has sat as an Adjudicator of the Solicitors Regulation Authority. Dominic has also advised the disciplinary panel of the Actuarial Profession and other professions.
